This 2 day, advanced training course explores Evidence Based Stock Management (EBSM) in depth, and is designed for Library Professionals who are about to start the Journey to EBSM stock performance excellence.

The course has been specifically tailored to give delegates the comprehensive and detailed EBSM understanding needed to fully implement EBSM across their own library service and also, if appropriate, to deliver a 'train the trainer' programme to their colleagues.
